Every piece we make is cut from one sheet.
A chair, a table and a shelf. Each is cut from a single sheet of birch ply, sent flat in one box, and put together without a screw.

No. 1
The chair. Seven parts from half a sheet.
Two sides, a seat, a back, two stretchers and a rail. They slot together and lock with oak pegs. The only tool is your hands.

Nothing is glued.
So it comes apart again, flat, when you move house, and goes back together the same way.
No. 2
A table for four, from one sheet.
The top, two ends, a stretcher and two rails. Ten minutes to build, five to take down.

The offcut comes back to us.
What is left of your sheet is cut into pegs and trays for the next orders, so none of it is thrown away.

Four shelves, 1.78 metres tall.
Two sides, four shelves and a back rail that stops it racking. It stands on its own; a strap fixes it to the wall.

Every sheet is 18 mm birch.
Thirteen plies, and you can see all of them on every edge. We sand the edges and oil them by hand. Nothing is painted.
