1. What you receive
   This kit contains prompt files, reference files, 3D and image assets, and
   source code (together, the Materials).

2. Grant
   Single End Product: you may use the Materials to create one website or
   application (the End Product) for yourself or for one client, and deploy it
   on any number of domains that belong to that End Product.
   Agency: you may use the Materials to create an unlimited number of End
   Products for yourself or for clients, one client per End Product.
   In both cases the licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and
   non-sublicensable, and lasts for as long as you comply with these terms.

3. What you may not do
   a. Redistribute, resell, share, publish or upload the Materials, in whole or
      in part, in original or modified form, including the prompt text, the
      3D models, the reference files and the source code, whether free or paid,
      including inside another template, prompt library, course, repository
      or AI training set.
   b. Use the Materials to create a product that competes with this kit, such
      as a website template or prompt kit for sale.
   c. Remove or alter the licence header comments, the metadata embedded in
      the assets, or this file.
   d. Claim authorship of the Materials.

4. Ownership
   The Materials remain the property of the Licensor. The End Product you
   build, including your own content and modifications, belongs to you.

5. Tracing
   This copy is stamped with the licensee and order details in this file, in
   source headers and in asset metadata. Unauthorised distribution can be
   traced to this licence and will result in revocation and a claim for
   damages.

6. Refunds
   Because the Materials are delivered digitally and immediately, you agreed
   at checkout to lose the 14 day cancellation right once the download begins.
   Faulty or misdescribed kits are refunded or replaced; see the Refund Policy.

7. Liability
   The Materials are provided as they are. The Licensor is not liable for any
   loss arising from their use beyond the price paid, except where the law
   does not allow that limit.

8. Law
   This licence is governed by the law of England and Wales.
