Who we are and what we sell. We sell digital website kits (prompts, reference files, 3D and image assets and source code) as single purchases, memberships and a lifetime licence with a course. We also give away one kit per person free of charge.
Accounts. You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox. One account per person; Studio and Lifetime licences cover one business.
Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe. Memberships renew automatically monthly or annually until cancelled from your account page. Price changes for memberships take effect at the next renewal after 30 days' notice by email.
Digital content and cancellation. When you buy a kit or a lifetime licence you will be asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14 day right to cancel once the download begins. Memberships can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Unused credits expire 90 days after they are granted (credits on an annual plan last until the end of that year plus 90 days) and on cancellation.
Credits. Builder and Studio memberships grant download credits each billing period. One credit is one kit download. Credits are personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
Licence. Every download is covered by the Spatial Sites Kit Licence included in the download. You may not redistribute or resell the materials. We may revoke a licence and close an account where materials have been redistributed. A purchase that is refunded or reversed through a chargeback ends the licence it bought.
Free kits. One free kit per person. Variations of the same email address (for example with dots or a +tag) count as the same person. Repeat claims receive the prompt text only. Free kits carry the same licence terms.
Course. The course is delivered as video and text inside your account. Access is for the buyer only. Content is updated over time and some lessons may be replaced.
Availability. Demo sites and downloads are provided on a reasonable efforts basis. Download links in emails work for seven days; a fresh link is always available from your account.
Acceptable use. Do not attempt to bypass download limits, scrape the catalogue, share accounts or use the materials for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property. All materials, the storefront and demo sites are owned by us or our licensors. Tool names and logos shown for compatibility belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Complaints and disputes. Email us first and we will try to put things right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
