Refund policy

Single kits and lifetime licence. Digital content delivered immediately. By ticking the consent box at checkout you agree to immediate delivery and lose the 14 day right to cancel once the download starts. If a kit is faulty, does not match its description, or a listed tool prompt does not run as described in START-HERE.md, contact us within 30 days and we will fix it, replace it or refund it.

Memberships. Cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods, except where required by law or where a technical fault on our side prevented downloads for more than seven consecutive days.

Duplicate purchases. Refunded in full when reported within 14 days.

How to ask. Email contact@spatialsites.co with your order number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days.
