This is a concept direction: the idea, the audience and the design approach, written up before the demo is built. The picture above is a sketch of the layout, not a screenshot.
The interactive feature
Start from the need
Choose a need to see the services that fit it, with how to access each one.
The concept
- What it addresses
- Brochures for the health and wellbeing services that come with group protection policies.
- Who it is for
- Employees who do not know what support their workplace cover includes.
- Their main task
- Find the right support service for what they need now.
- The next step it offers
- Contact the service or ask HR how to access it.
- Visual direction
- A finder that starts from needs ('I want to talk to someone', 'I have a diagnosis'), not service names.
- Copy approach
- Warm and specific. It says what each service is, who can use it and how to start.
Accessibility in this concept
- Needs are a list of buttons with pressed state
- Every service has a text description
- Phone numbers are real text links
Accessibility review
